Unleash the Magic - Nightmare Night on deck · 4:01pm May 9th, 2019
Sorry for the wait, folks, but I *really* had to conclude that last battle in Into the Storm: The Flight of Firefly before I moved on from it. But it's all good--I'm actually rather eager to work on Nightmare Night now, having had enough of writing some very bloody and complicated battle scenes! The irony of the Unleash the Magic series is, it has/will have some major battle scenes as well, but they're of a slightly more *interesting* variety!
As voted on here, the climactic Spike chapter (pun intended) will come next. I'll aim to complete it by late May. In the meantime, you are invited to check out AJ_Aficionado's latest adult offering:
Yes, it's an M-rated Fallout Equestria clopfic, but don't let that dissuade you—it's VERY good. I don't even like Fallout Equestria (I don't like wall-to-wall horror or endless grimdark), but I edited and very much enjoyed this one. It's set in the future of a slowly healing world and centers on three surviving alicorn drones trying to find a new place and way of life following a certain railcar incident. Looking for a new home and a means to perpetuate their race. But what does that even mean for an artificially-created species dependent on radiation to recharge and seen as monsters by many?
The answer is here, and it's chock full of worldbuilding and character development in addition to the adult scenes—AJA has learned from me well! There's battles, there's discussions of morality and philosophy, and it has a more optimistic outlook than the typical FoE story. It's also been approved by some notable FoE authors and artists, including Meep and Grypher.
So give it a try. You might be surprised—I know I was! As for Nightmare Night, updates will follow as work commences and release date gets closer. Thanks for your patience!
Fallout Equestria: The Angels of Oasis featured briefly around 5 P.M. US Central Time. I couldn't have done it without your help friend! Thank you so much!
