    Good news?

Good news is, I'm actually making some writing progress this week, on a commission that's been outstanding way too long.

Bad news, that's because with my car in the shop, not much way to do the delivery work that's been taking up my time!

    New Side Hustle

So, I'm still doing GrubHub delivery, which remains as exhausting and soul-crushing as usual (if not moreso sometimes, given the way their tech will now take jobs away while I'm stuck in traffic with no options!) It also does quite the number on writing time, though I think I'm getting the gears grinding a little more on that all now!

Finally! I have support options again

Well, I've finally gotten my SubscribeStar profile approved, so if anybody wants to toss a couple of bucks my way through that, you can get early access to my projects, or even help determine what I work on next, depending on how much you feel like tossing in! Also, access to a Discord where you can talk to other backers, and listen to me brainstorming and running off at the brain.

Bills & Commissions - With Guidelines! · 3:24am May 8th, 2019

So... I'm gonna try this again. It hasn't worked out so well in the past, but I'm *hopeful* that with the right prompts and stuff, I might be able to make this work! Also, trying to get a part-time position, but that takes time and all.

So, bills are tighter than expected this month, and while I've opened up a ko-fi page, the fact that most of my readers are about as busted as I am isn't helping too much. ^^()

So, I'm gonna try doing commissions again!

Here are my overall guidelines:

Rate: $10/1k words ($0.01/word). If I end up writing over your budget, that's on me.

Limits: This is a little trickier. As you may have noticed from some of my more recent material... I am willing and able to write just about anything, and willing to admit to doing such, with a few limits for things that I personally *cannot* write. Specifically, if you're looking into kink content, *most* vore/foot/hoof material I have difficulty with, and scat/diapers are nopes. Beyond that, however... well, you can look at some of my CW's to see where I'll wander. So it's not normally content that I have trouble writing.

Where I've run into problems with commissions in the past is when I've had creative differences with my patrons. I do my best to avoid this - before I take a dime, I'm going to contact you and work out a rough outline that we're both good with. If we can't come to an agreement on something, then we part ways, no money exchanged, no hard feelings!

If we can, then I start working on the writing process! I'll check in once in a while, and I'll provide commenting/review access for you to see what I'm doing. As progress is made, we'll work out payments and such (I generally work through PayPal, but can also work through Venmo and, of course, Ko-Fi).

General "specialty" subject matter: Shipping, particularly crack-ships, feral, anthro, dark fiction, psychological horror/thrillers, LGBTQ+ material, polyamory, BDSM, fairly broad openness to kink material in general, and figuring out how to create a ship that nobody thought was possible

I do, of course, reserve the right to say "uhm, no, that's *waaaaay* too much" if you want to try and commission a 100k word opus. I may be crazy, but I ain't stupid enough to think I can pull that off.

So... PM me if you're up for something? Or, alternately, signal boost this if you know anybody who might be interested!
