The one where I wasn't late this time.
Can't say the same for Twilight...
OKAY! On this week's episode, we find out that Twilight failed to return a library book to Canterlot before she left for Ponyville. So, through a bunch of wacky shenanigans, Twilight and Spike have to return the book, pay the late fee, and get to the prom on time! Okay, that last part was just me, but Twilight learns that her lateness caused the previous librarian to get fired, so now she and Spike need to find her and get her job back.
I really enjoyed this episode. It's been a while since we've had a sole Twilight / Spike episode, and this one was just perfect. Twilight's reactions and anxiety were priceless, Spike is just so done with everything, and we get the return of Moondancer! I also loved the message in this one, saying that we can never achieve perfection, so we should never try and pursue that and do what we enjoy. A nice lesson for a great episode.

Im starting to think I might not be a fan of the show anymore... Cause this is the fifth episode and Im still not enjoying anything about it. Hell, the left over pancakes I ate this morning were much better then the episode. The plot was predictable, and part of it felt like it was just checking marks off of a Twilight Episode.
Twilight has a good day only to find something that she freaks out over thinking its THE WORST THING EVER SHES DONE- Check
Twilight tries to fix the issue but fails- check
Spike tries to talk her down saying shes over reacting- check
Twilight finds person she thinks she did wrong or actually did wrong- check
Twilight tries to make it up to them- check
Twilight learns the truth about the incident- check
Twilight finally fixes the problem- check
this is pretty much the Moondancer episode all over again...
A classic example of Twilighting if you ask me.
If the librarian was a 50 ft. tall monster with a paper thin temper and huge tentacles, that'd pose real danger.
If I was Iron Man, with all her squirming and whining for something so petty, sometimes I'd wanna punch Twi in her perfect teeth.
