See... I can see that and at the same time it would be a bit broken. Sora unlike all the other masters is capable of fighting servants. Not enough to probably defeat someone like Saber or Berserker in a fair fight but enough that with a servant, whichever heeds his summons, could tip any battle into his favor.
What tips it in his favor is that his magic regenerates independently which makes him function like a grail lite. Constant mana that flows from him and continues to regenerate from him. Also if his key is used as a catalyst and since he is an alien to them... Foreigner anyone? Probably Abigail could answer his summons.
Though that's making a lot of assumptions. We would have to figure out if his keyblade, while a magical weapon, is capable of hurting a spirit. That would be one of those difficult things to determine.

the keyblade has killed the undead in port royal, the undead pirate was told by Pete that the keyblade would make their invincible undead bodies pointless because of its unique magic. sora couldn't hurt hades in the underworld because anyone living that wasn't a god couldn't hurt him but everything else was free games lake Cerberus.
also, I think sora could take on servants this is someone who has fought world ending final bosses, like Ansem, xemnas and xeanort.
and also he cut through buildings like butter.

That had the caveat that they were under moonlight because in total darkness they were invincible to the keyblade. Hades was only invincible in the underworld but everywhere else he was vulnerable due to how the Underworld in that world in particular works. I'll give you Cerberus though.
Xehanort is probably the biggest one since Ansem fought like any heartless before him. He fought through the instinct of doing as much damage as possible. Xemnas would be a good baseline for how strong a heroic spirit could be. Though everything Nasuverse is so dense in details and such I'd hate to figure out the limitations and hard ceilings that are within that system.
Only Saber and Berserker would be trouble. Excalibur would rival most blasts Sora has taken. And Heracles was a master combatant even under Madness Enhancement. The other servants he could take on easily. True Assassin would be the most dangerous due to his Noble Phantasm.

You seem to be forgetting that the keyblade can harm beings of pure darkness and pure nothingness so really him fighting a spirit is nothing new he's taking on God's demons like daily. You also seem to forget he's taking on sephiroth who's pretty much a one-man Army. So really sore taking on beserker or saber and coming out on top is pretty much an everyday thing for him. Though I would love to see Mordred to crushing on Sora.

From what I remember most of the heroic spirits or actually just replicas of the original during the prime of their time with a replica of all their memories. So they're not the old original heroic spirit.
