Twilight Sparkle/Sandbar = the element of magic/leadership/sorcery
Magic = an extraordinary power or influence from a supernatural source.
Leadership = the ability to organized or guide others.
Sorcery = the ability to influence fate or fortune.
Rarity/Smolder = the element of generosity/charity/beauty
Generosity = the quality of being kind and generous(unselfish)
Charity = voluntary giving help to those in need.
Beauty = a particularly graceful, ornamental, or excellent quality.
Fluttershy/Ocellus = the element of kindness/compassion/healing
Kindness = the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
Compassion = sympathetic pity and concern for the suffering or misfortune of other.
Healing = the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again, therapeutic.
Rainbow Dash/Gallus = the element of loyalty/devotion/bavery
Loyalty = a feeling of strong support.
Devotion = love, loyalty, or enthusiasm for a person, activity, or cause.
Bavery = courageous behavior or character.
Pinkie Pie/Silverstream = the element of laughter/optimism/hope
Laughter = the action or sound of laughing.
Optimism = hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful outcome of something.
Hope = a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen, trust.
Applejack/Yona = the element of honesty/integrity/strength
Honesty = the quality of being honest(fair, truthful, trustworthy, sincere)
Integrity = having strong moral principles, moral uprightness.
Strength = the capacity to withstand great force or pressure.
