I Hereby Declare Myself The Queen Of Antarctica
No one wants to take responsibility for Antarctica so I have decided that I am the Queen of Antarctica from this day forward. I also own the surrounding islands and stuff. You may immigrate to my kingdom, but be sure to bring lots of winter gear.
Oh and to the research scientists who are loitering on my continent; get off my lawn. Unless you want to pay taxes to me, the Queen. Then I might consider letting you stay.
Also, there are pyramids on Antarctica. They were built by aliens or something. But I declare that they are my castle/ other important government buildings. So to the governments trying to hide them and stuff, too bad. They're my property now.

Actually the pyramids of Antarctica were found underground and they were built by the Predators so they could hunt the Aliens. Every couple of years the Predators come back and have their hunt. So now your kingdom has Aliens and Predators.

The paranormal/ supernatural creatures are my subjects and we get along well with the inhabitants of the other dimensions/ planets/ so on. So it all works out.
