I'm just an humble (wanna-be) MLP fanfic author and fanartist. I also love drawing fancomics and worshipping Applejack (as well as Rainbow Dash and Daring Do. In that order).
The story I'm looking for, and can't for the LIFE of me remember the title OR author of, concerns Princess Celestia facing of with (and apparently losing(?) to) some would-be conqueror in the throne room (I think) of Canterlot Castle, where he and his soldiers have seemingly trapped her and are torturing her.
Does anyone around here know what happened to Grimdark Enigma?
I know that he wrote the excellent Equestria Divided: Legend of House Brightflame series, but I haven't seen him around for sometime, so was just curious.
Definites: * Work on my health: Get in shape, lose weight, eat better (read: healthier), exercise more; etc. *Work on my art (including my planned fan comics) and writing (finally getting my current in progress story to the point I feel it's ready for posting).
5035184 Yeah, it was weird. My household wasn't a very cinematic one and the Disney videos we had were the ones they made back when Disney weren't doing so well. The Jungle Book, The Sword In The Stone and Robin Hood. My mother never liked the Disney Princess thing which suited me and my brother fine at the time. As animal-lovers, we had The Lion King and Tarzan from the Renaissance era but that was it. We saw Aladdin at a relative's house but, believe or not, I only watched the original Beauty and the Beast a year before the live-action remake came out! Maybe that's why I was more open to the remake. I wasn't wearing the nostalgia-goggles. I suppose I'll have to wait and see what I think of The Lion King remake.
He said it!
5035174 He did!
Although, for some weird reason, I heard that in Jeremy "Scar" Irons' voice, rather than that of whoever the actual voice actor for this ep is.
Am I weird for doing that?
'Cause to me, Scar OWNED that line in the original Lion KIng!
I never thought he could have survived that
5035177 Neither would I.
But his horn did, so maybe that's how he managed to come back.
5035176
Of course.
Hell, I hear it The Sword In The Stone!
And Disney made that years before The Lion King!
5035182 Yup.
Really?
Haven't SEEN that one in years!
5035180
A good possibility.

5035186 Yup.
5035194 Yeah, it was.
Well, I think I found a link to Spring Breakdown, so I'm off to watch it.
About 3 (or so) hours late.
*huffs*
Am I the only person that saw Sombra's eyes glowing like a Changeling?
5035344 I doubt it.
I know I did.
