Cyan's launched another kickstarter · 3:49am Mar 27th, 2019
The geniuses who brought us Myst, and thus indirectly made Aitran possible, have announced their newest game project: Firmament.
Based on the screenshots and Rand Miller's spiel in the overview video, it looks like Firmament is going to be more Myst-like than Obduction was, which is a major plus in my book. While I enjoyed Obduction, I felt it was a little lacking in the... "magical steam-punk" aesthetic that makes Myst so charming (and easy to adapt into fan fics .)
The campaign's off to a great start, roughly 1/5 of the $1,285,000 goal and rising as I type this blog, and it's only the first day of thirty for the Kickstarter. A pledge of $30 will get you a digital copy of the game with a strategy guide (also digital), but you can go as low as $7 and still get development updates. Or pledge whatever you want/can afford. I backed for $120 to get a physical copy and additional digital rewards.
Updates on Pumahara will come sometime in April. I'm knuckling down to finish off Order-naries: Storm-chased right now, and Pumahara will become the top priority fic after that's done.

Thank you for the heads up!
Looks interesting, might back it myself. Speaking of Myst... have you gotten your copies of the games and the extras?
