D&D: why the new OGL is really bad

There's some controversy right now about the new OGL (Open Gaming License) published by Wizards of the Coast, the company behind Dungeons & Dragons.

I don't talk about D&D here a lot, since I know it's not relevant to Fimfiction, but I think it's worth getting this news out. Also they're owned by Hasbro, the same company that own MLP, so it's worth knowing what they're up to.

Brief: On Brexit · 7:53pm Mar 22nd, 2019

If you're British or live in Britain, and you care at all about the future, please consider signing this:

Petition: Revoke Article 50 and remain in the EU

Comments ( 4 )

I'm from the uk and the who gives a buck the people voted an only the rich gits and the fact the eu is trying to bully us into doing things there way are stonewalling it

Good luck in forcing your leaders to see sense.

I am so sick of Brexit, jezz. I literally can't watch, read or listen to anything even vaguely news related without something relating to Brexit. I'm in favour of remain, so I'll sign the petition, but I'm wondering how much impact this will even have. I realise this really is not the place for a political discussion, but let's be honest - all this will do is delay it for yet another few months, and then something will happen.
Okay, I'm done. From now on I'm going to ignore anything related to Brexit - including replies. I'm sorry (I'm really not), but I am so tired of it.

Speaking as a citizen of another EU country, I'm getting mighty sick of Brexit as well. I do hope that reason will prevail at the last moment, but I sadly doubt that. Hard crash-out Brexit does look like the most likely result still. Good luck!
