Drawing (My rules and response to haters) · 12:17am Mar 18th, 2019
Many people love to do an awful lot of complaining about the way I make my pictures.
"You photo-shopped it"
"You painted over (Insert character)"
Well, YES... I did, and I have my reasons.
1: It's faster, and much easier. I know real artists take TIME and loads of EFFORT to put in their work, but I'm not very patient and don't want to spend too much time focusing on ONE THING when I have TONS of things to make (More fics, more pics, more flicks) and taking a break is not a good idea, even if I should. All that does is just build up even more and more work that needs to be completed.
And Nooooooo... it would be pointless to take actual art lessons, seeing I have no intention to make a career out of this or anything. (Even if it had great potential and could a lot of money, the answer is still no) It's Actor/Voice Actor... or NOTHING.
2: I want the images to look as CLOSELY as they do FROM the actual show, that means... don't use pencils, paints, pastels, ect, ect...
(I made these, and I don't like how they look since they were drawn by hand, so I diss my own drawing)
If it looks like it was made WITHOUT the aid of a photoshop or other... it cannot and will not do!
It's as simple as that.
Hmm. Interesting. Your Starfleet shouldn't get so many dislikes.
I thought you made them yourself. Impressive work still.

In a technicality I DID design them by myself. After all, that's sort of how invention works.
-Make things that don't exist yet,
-Or take something that already exists and find a new use for it.
