I'll be damned, they actually made it. Figures they waited for FIM to be ending first, gives them a bigger foothold to fill the gap between now and the 2020 film which is probably the G5 launch.

They had it made for a while, we're guessing, but there were some legal issues with the distribution, apparently.
Or they waited for FiM, sure. Dang... whatever nationality you want to pin it on. Seriously, there's like, seven different countries involved in this thing, it's a mess. Let's hope it becomes a glorious one, eh?

I will admit it looks far better than the original impressions made it look to be.
Not having high hopes for this one but then again, I thought the same thing about FIM so who knows.
When this was announced /mlp/ was full of so many sarcastic comments no one knew what to think. Now that the ride is "ending" I predict overwhelming support for FF given G5 is such a big target for their cynicism.
Finally. I think I will go back and re-read the story now.
