2019 is off to an amazing start · 3:07pm Mar 1st, 2019
Hello all. Hope the first two months of 2019 have treated you well.
In my case, there has certainly been no shortage of work. People going on vacation, another coworker getting sick, the long and short of it is, I got a lot of overtime that I was not anticipating. I was hoping to write this before the end of the month, but that just didn't pan out.
Now, onto the business.
I said that I would have AppleShy mostly finished by the end of February and I'm pretty close on that end. It's just a matter of sitting down and writing, while not falling asleep at my computer.
There are no big plans to change anything with AppleShy, except I'm sticking with uploading the entire arc at once. I still feel that it's better for you to have it available at once, instead of wondering when the next part is coming out.
In other news, PinkieShy is getting a massive rework.
I'm not happy with it. That's the main reason nothing's been done with it. I tossed around ideas, ranging from scrapping the whole thing and leaving Sight for Sore Eyes as a stand-alone story, to simply pressing on.
I finally decided that I will continue the story, but I have to change the ponies that attacked Applejack and Rainbow Dash. The way they are currently, they're little more than throwaway villains and I want them to have more substance to them. I'm going to go back and change those parts and continue to work on it as time permits.
This might be a bit disappointing to some of you, but I'll get these done and out to you as soon as I can.
