Working on another two parter... · 4:36pm Feb 28th, 2019
For those of you who've been following A Process of Elimination, first of all thank you, and second of all, things are finally gonna start getting interesting. Unfortunately (or fortunately perhaps) there's a lot to deal with in this next part of the story, and I can't contain it in one chapter. I'm almost done with the first half (to the point that I can actually drop the chapter in the next hour or so) and once I'm done, I'm gonna start working on the second.
My question to you guys is, would you rather I released the first half while I work on the second, knowing full well that there will be a cliffhanger, or would you rather I take more time and release both together? For those who care, let me know and thanks in advance.
Personally, it takes quite a long chapter to put me off as a reader. More than a few of the fics on my shelf will have 5k word chapters and that seems about normal to me.
It's the ones that stretch to 15-20k that will make me think that it could be split up a bit...
I love long chapters personally, but you should release the completed one now or soon.
