Fight it, people. Don't let it get to you · 6:59pm Feb 27th, 2019
I know you may worry about your life, and it is natural to feel that way about literally any form of problem or issue you might have, but I'm here to tell you that all is going to be fine in the end. You may not believe it to be true, but it is.
Don't beat yourself up over anything, don't think you are at fault, and certainly don't think you should resort to self-harming or suicide as your only option of ridding yourself of such pain. It may end your suffering, but the consequences of such an act will have such a devastating blow-back on those that care the most about you, such as friends and family, whether you want to understand how much they care or not.
So, don't you dare. I've been down that road myself, and I know how difficult it is to see the good in any situation. Depression sucks the life out of you and makes you feel drained of all of your positive energy. It leaches off of you and drags you down into the abyss, on the road to misery. I want you to tell those thoughts to fuck off. I want you to stand up, straighten yourself out and shout, ''Fuck off, negative thoughts!'' at the top of your lungs. Can you do that?
Fight it. Fight it until Mr. Depression is the one hunched over on its knees, not you. Mr. Depression hates the sound of laughter, so go ahead and laugh some more! Laugh long and laugh hard! Think of Pinkie Pie's smile. Does it make you smile? Does it make you happy to see her be happy? Go on - let Mr. Depression have it! Kick its ass!
