CHAPTER 6 - PART II PROGRESS:

Hey, more than 4.5k words of progress since the last time I included a word count update! Which waaasss...

Yeah, so, it's a rather pitiful amount of words for such a lengthy amount of time, and I must ask for some forgiveness, if you'll allow it. I have been busy, yes, but also procrastinating or even just forgetful. I really shouldn't have ever taken this long to get back into the swing of things, and I'm sorry I've made you wait this long.
With that said, the past two months have seen me actually getting off my rear and getting to work; 6-2 is closing on completion at long last, thanks to the assistance of some friends and word quotas keeping me working towards a goal. I'm usually able to get some writing in during my breaks at work, which is where a lot of progress is made, in fact. I have a lot of time to ruminate and consider where things are headed.
So anyway, I would really love to get 6-2 finished and out the door before I pass the one-year anniversary of 6-1 (April 13th). I don't do deadlines very well but I am going to dedicate as much time and effort as I can to make this happen. I'm liking what I've managed to cook up, and I hope it'll be worth the wait

May-February Changelog:
General changes:
-Improvements to spelling and grammar throughout.
-The "Horror" tag has been removed from Of Shadows. When I first began writing I applied that with the idea that my story would be heavily focused on the horror elements, but over time I've felt that it doesn't really belong, mostly because this is much more of an adventure story.
-All instances of "Geiger counter" have been changed to "rad counter".
Chapter 1:
-Added a short, additional detail to the entrance of Stable 56: the decayed remnants of the wagons which ferried the residents of St Mare's to the Stable the day of the megaspells.
And finally, to hopefully sate your appetite for new content, I do have some conceptual art of a character who will be introduced at some point in the future. I'll leave it as a link just in case you don't want it spoiled, though!
