Major Tag Change? · 3:45am Feb 14th, 2019
So... here is my dilemma. When I started this story I had my plan, but this was also something new. I didn't know how best to go at this and just applied things as I went. So tags have been added as needed. The biggest addition to the story was the 'sex' tag addition. With the last few chapters the action has been thick and rather dumbed down to stay within the necessary rules for such a stories rating. The sexual innuendos and actions has been minimal thus-far. But there are a few things in this story that I am probably pushing when it comes to the 'TEEN' rating. Language probably being one the biggest.
I must also note that of the longer, more popular (Over 150'ish+ likes) Warframe stories are rated Mature. Endure for Eternity, Warframe: Equestria, and my other story Warframe: Rebirth are all rated Mature.
This one however, is not.
Warframe the game, is also rated 'M' because of gore and violence. For very clear reasoning. I can literally shoot and slash enemies in half, or in many cases, in three parts, and everything is animated. I do mean everything, bone, blood, organ, and the like. It is not a game for the weak stomached or young children.
So I'm probably going to go a moderator with the latest chapter and see what the best course of action here is. I don't want to change anything, but I could honestly add more to the story if I changed from the current Teen Rating to a Mature one.
(So more gore and sexual innuendos or actions.)
I'm also amazed that in the 4 years and soon to be 56 chapters I have written, I have yet to be flagged for violating any of the site rules. So clearly I have been doing something right within the necessary parameters. But I do feel as though I could improve things if I did go with the Mature rating.
So there's that.
On different note: Chapter 56 is almost ready though!
At a near whopping 9,000 words. It's amazing how long something can be when I could explain it in person in just a few sentences. I guess details are kinda key when telling a story. We are getting close to the end people. Get ready for hell!
If you have any thoughts on whether or not I should change from TEEN to MATURE leave them down below. The more comments the better. I know there are almost 500 people tracking this story. So if you are an active reader of this story and have an opinion I really want to hear about it. What I'm going to do is finish the chapter and probably wait a few days, probably 3, to see any and all responses before going to a moderator and asking for their advice.
I'm also going to sleep on it too. I do really believe that I could improve the overall quality. I can go into more detail with violent fights and, the one thing everyone loves, sexual acts *wink wink*. I could probably also go back and change a few things in previous chapters too, to improve the over all pacing, detail, and experience. Make it the more down, dirty, and gritty story for the universe that this takes place in. One of the points I believe I made very clearly was that this is a super soldier who only knows how to kill has appeared in a nation that hasn't had a war in centuries and changes the overall lifestyle that these peaceful ponies have grown to accustomed to.

I don't think any of us will love your story less just because you have to change it from teen to mature. I think you should play it safe and change the tage to M. Its always barter to have a little wiggle room.
Yea tag Mature. Death and destruction follows the tenno when protecting the defenseless.
