Setting up a tipping or patreon?

So, I have noticed that just about everyone has a page were they get tipped or paid for their works and I want to do it. Thing is, I don't know how. I have never been one for asking or begging money. There are many people out there who deserve it more than me, way more.
I just want to set something up where I can at least get a small commission for my works. I had one set up awhile back, but lost the account and never could recover it. So, I want to set up one. I see it through patreon or Cup of coffee? Not sure how that works.
But yea, I just want a set up. Not even to have it so you pay to see my work, just to have a little tip for those feeling generous . As is now, I will always have my stories free and viewed for the public. I even help those who need it without asking for anything. I have given poems, music lyrics and more to people free without charge and never regretted, not even now.
But I just want to have something small. So please, any advice, or how to properly set one of these things up, would be great. Thank you!
