Why do I always add the date to the title? To be honest, even I'm not sure anymore. I think it's a holdover from before Fimfiction's blogs had the dates. Either way, more stuff after the break!
A few years ago, I posted a half-finished one-shot in The Bucket: a repository for most of the stuff that I've started that I've pretty much abandoned. When a particular chapter gained more traction than I expected, I reconsidered leaving it to die.
Fast forward to 2019, when I'm trying to post a new fic every week, and I suddenly found myself looking for things to finish between outlining ideas. Ergo, it's my pleasure to announce that In Which Rainbow Dash Teaches Scootaloo Where Foals Come From is now complete, and its own stand-alone fic!
I must also apologize for not having posted a fic last week. It wasn't my intention to break with my vow so early, but it seemed like every time I sat down to write, the tones would drop for something: appendicitis, a three-car MVA, a chest pain call... It was a long week. And that's just on the volunteer side.
That said, I'm glad to have something to post this week. I'm also glad to have it ready so early, since it gives me extra time to have something ready for next week! Isn't that exciting?
