There have been several people in my time here who have tried to label me a misanthrope simply because I voiced an opinion or two and one of my characters actually is a borderline misanthrope. I just want to clear this up. I am not against humanity, I am against the stupidity of humanity. Seeing as the number of stupid people outweigh the number of smart ones, this is an easy mistake to make...

This is far too true, really. Though I think it's more a fault of the smart people not making the uneducated smart. And I'm not thinking of the 'village idiot(s)', but more of the pooer countries. But I suppose getting clean water and such can come first, and who am I to argue against that?

It is kinda the fault of smart people but also the fault of idiot politicians who look for easy cheap solutions rather than smart ones that might cost money.
