Okay, anyway... I have a few ideas. One of the them that I'm considering the most is a 2nd person story featuring - wait for it - YOU, as a pegasus or unicorn ghost-writer taking up the job of writing a biography on the Elements of Harmony. (Which of course begs the question as to who the romantic interest will be. That's kind-of important.)

That aside, this sounds like a good idea to me! I usually avoid 2nd person fics for reasons I cannot properly justify or explain. However if its your fic, it shall be read, and judged harshly without mercy or compassion... even the children shall not be spared. But no pressure or anything!
I mean... Its not anyone like reading your story is out to personally judge you, the human behind the moniker... blindly assuming that your work of fanfiction directly correlates to your real life moral and ethical standings, calling your very character into question. Romance? I'm incredibly interested. To see you write outside the Piano Man is refreshing.
As for the premise, I had a similar idea, minus the romance part. It's more somber, and sad, and whatnot.
A romance story huh? What's the romance about? Is it an HiE or is it a "standard" pony romance? And what would the plot be? Would the antagonist they face be their own failing relationship, or would it be some kind of outside force?

Heh. Joking aside I agree with you 100% on second person perspective stories. I've never seen one that was better off because it was in that particular perspective. Thankfully TSC here's story is interesting enough to stand on it's own. I'd still prefer it not be second person but I've been following along despite my hate for them and enjoying myself.
I like the ghost writer for elements of harmony idea...It sounds promising. Unfortunately that leaves me with multiple questions...(Considering how early you seem to be in planning I'm not sure if you have the answers...
) Are you going to do one pony (that's what it seems like...) or give each element a really long (long enough to be a stand alone) chapter about their own (love) life? Would it be a HIE? (because I've only read one romance HIE that I liked, so if you're writing one then I'm probably going to be all over that, due to the fact that as Zasyri said, you do a good job of being generally Bad-ass.) and, what will happen to piano man 2?
(I know you (probably) won't stop writing that, but will there still be the whole "Romantic subplot"? (I was looking forward to that))

485802 If I may make a suggestion for Keys' crush? I'd say you should probably go with either Twilight or Fluttershy. Either them or a background pony other than Derpy. Not saying that all those others don't deserve love, just that they'd be hard to write for.
