My second Pony on Earth Story: Twilight is now a foal in the 1900's

Inspired by GLULIO's "Il Duce e la Principessa" here is my take on that story but using Twilight under a Venezuelan dictatorship that isn't very much researched overall. I'll try to give it a different spin to the original version but I don't plan to spoil how, which is why I also hope you like this sort of "pilot" chapter to see if you like how it's being made.
