Update from me · 6:30am Jan 14th, 2019
Hey there people,
Hope you all doing well wherever each of you are in the world.
So today I just turned 31 and I just looked into FIM again and I wanna apologize for the lack of updates from every story that is incomplete or that I have planned so far. Work and RL itself has been very difficult to keep up with writing, but I want to get it sorted out so that I can focus on what I love to do. So here's an update on the following.
Softening the Stone: I wanna complete it this year, not sure how many of you are still into it but I will be removing the latest chapter since I had time to reflect on it and it really crashes with the flow of the fic (along with criticism that has made me seen the errors of my decisions). I have a goal I want to attain with this story, but how to reach it I'm still contemplating. For all of those who are still fans of it, I want to thank you and apologize for the delay in the story.
When you wish upon a star: I did say I was going to do an epilogue and I am going to do so, just need to sit down and get it done, though motivation can be a little tricky to attain in this age.
As for other stories that I have planned, I actually want to ask you all what you want to see done.... which image appeals to you, which image do you want to see fully told in a tale?

So yeah, this is my update to you all and just so you know, no matter what happens... you're all awesome.

Believe me, I well understand, as I'm sure we all do, how RL and its myriad responsibilities draw our time away from what we end.
Both of these pictures just scream for a story, but the wooden pony remind me of a picture from early in my experience here. Derpy was sitting at a work bench, asleep, after building a wooden puppet version of Dinky. Luna was beside her, powering her horn, readying the spell to bring the puppet to life, giving Derpy the companionship she desired. This picture just made me think of that scene.
Anyway, I hope you have a great day! I'll be looking forward to your next update!
