Better late than never · 6:41pm Jan 3rd, 2019
Alright, so, update time.
First, I want to apologize to everyone for not wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving, Hanuka, Merry Christmas, or Happy New Year. Long story short, unemployment and job hunting are fun or easy things and my mother's hip surgery didn't go as planned. She's fine, but the holidays were NO fun whatsoever. That and just nothing seemed to go right between the last update and the new year. I can honestly say that 2018 was one of the worst years of my life and I pray I never have to relive it.
That said, let's start off 2019 right by saying that the next chapter is finally done and is in editing right now, so expect that by the end of the week. i actually only have one more chapter to write, then edit the chapter after that, and since my nose is currently well and truly on the grindstone, I can safely say that the season will be done by next week, so THAT will finally get done. I will also apologize here that all three chapters of the season finale (yes, THREE) are all going to be long chapters. There is a lot I wanted to do here and already splitting it into three chapters was enough cutting up in my opinion. They aren't as long as that one 17k monstrosity , thank goodness, by they are each long than 8k words, so sorry for the slog.
Today is Thursday, so expect it up either Saturday or Sunday.
Also, please make note that if I EVER say I'm doing the National Writing Month again, please slap me.
Noted!

thanks for the update also sorry about your mothers hip surgery but gone with bad year time to start anew with 2019
Only an author would think a longer chapter is a bad thing
Thank you. I wish you well.
Good to see this update, and sorry to hear about all the lousy thing that happened last year.
(Boy, does it still feel weird referring to 2018 that way!)
I will keep your mom in my prayers, Ink, and I hope she gets better soon.
As for THIS:
noted and agreed to.
Hope you and the Witching Hour crew have a great 2019!
Wow, you said that things had gone poorly over the holidays, but ugh. That is not good, here is hoping that turns around for the better.
If you insist. I'll be warming up my slapping hand just in case.
