Hey guys. I’m coming at you with a very serious announcement.
As many of you know, I have a baby girl who is basically a daughter to me. I would do anything for her, and now she needs help.
Raevyn is going through some serious financial struggles right now. Even with her fiancé’s paycheck, her roommate’s paycheck, and her own, she isn’t making enough money to meet her needs. She Is going to have to pay double rent this month, not to mention her bills, and she cannot do it all. Raevyn is a mother, to a beautiful four year old little girl. That little girl deserves a roof over her head, food to eat, and power in her house. She is also a pet owner, and has cats that depend on her for food and litter changing. Her fiancé works late nights, and so does she. They work hard every day to put food on the table and keep the roof over their heads and their little girl’s, but right now it isn’t enough. They have tried dozens of ways to make extra money, including selling on Etsy, but business is poor right now.
Every parent alive never wants to see their child struggle to survive. They want to see their child prosper, to have an amazing life, and to be able to give to them richly. I myself want to donate to their cause, but I do not get paid soon enough to do so. But I cannot stand to see her suffer. I love her so much, and her family too. They are amazing people who deserve so much more than the life they are living now.
When I went to visit them for the holiday, I was planning to stay in a motel, but my card was declined. They took me to Walmart, got me an air mattress to sleep on, and let me stay in their home, even though it only has two bedrooms. They give out of the kindness of their hearts. They are so generous, so loving, and such amazing people, and they do not deserve to endure this kind of hardship.
I understand that the new year has dawned. But it is still the holidays, and the holidays are a time of giving, of being selfless, and showing kindness. Please, if you’re able, give to them. They are an amazing family. They need the kindness of others right now. And if I was able, I would give them every cent I had.
Please, help me show her just how much she is loved.
