    So...

I cancelled Echoes. It just.. wasn't coming to me. I hated everything I wrote, and restarted the chapter multiple times. After four years of that, I'm calling it quits on this particular story. I'll still be around, just probably working on something new.

    So, I totally forgot.

I forgot to link my AMA over the weekend...

There were some important questions asked. Mainly one about Broken.

Anyways, if any of you wanted to ask me a question, you can do it here. I'm kicking myself for totally spacing on linking it on friday.

Sorry you've not heard from me.

Work on Echoes has been going slowly, for reasons I won't go into. My current goal is to finish the next chapter before I have a Reddit AMA in mid-July. That way, half of the questions I get won't be "Where's the next chapter of Echoes.":twilightsheepish:

I'm really gonna buckle down, and stop disappointing my fans any longer. I do hate when I do that.

    Never fear

So, my laptop has become so unstable it freezes at pretty much nothing. That's how I do my writing. Luckily, I bought a new one online this morning and it's on its way from amazon. So it's only a setback of a few days.

    This should be read

So back in September, I wrote up a chapter for a project going to 26 different authors to collect various short stories. I wrote letter I, but there's also some really great stuff in the project from other authors. It can be found at the ABCs of Fallout Equestria. Give it a shot.

Hey, it is what it is, the first was great, be proud of that! :pinkiehappy:

It happens man. Best to move on, rather than linger on a project that isn't moving forward.

Aw damn, this sucks ass.

Your writing was great, so no worries on that. I'll be here for whatever you decide to do my guy.

Sorry to hear that, but thanks for coming forward with it. Can you tell us one thing though. Please pleas please, tell me Cinder was going to get a gruesome death.

I've spent quite a lot of time pondering how to do that. I made her a tad too powerful in the first place, but I've got some ideas on how to pull it off.

I can promise she was never going to die of natural causes. Raider life doesn't support that.

Boy, I'll say. Personally I think you went overboard when you had her blowing up steel rangers by heating up the explosives inside their intricate armor frame work.

But, anyway it was still a fun enough read that I'm not particularly let down by the sequel's cancellation. So are you done with this world entirely, because (yeah, I'm about to be that guy) personally I always thought the paragons were the most interesting part of the story and an origin fic about their lives in the stable before and leading up to them becoming killers would've been interesting (like the unrequited love of Massa-cuck). Even a story about how Flurry joined their ranks. It must've been an interesting first impression she made on Hate (that or just affirmative action), and I always imagined that Skyline would've been itching for an excuse to shoot her given that she's an outsider.

... Okay I'm done shamelessly pitching, all the best though.

I read your first story and I was honestly kinda hoping that the sequel would have continued on. I mean I get it. I've experienced that level of writers block in a different fandom. I just wish you could make a chapter explaining where you going and a vague idea on how you envisioned it ending. Otherwise it just feels abrupt and out on the wind. Besides who knows, maybe putting those thoughts on paper might help job those writing skills and get you back in the saddle? Idk. I hope one day you're able to offer an end game and we can fill in the blanks.
