Wait...why is King Arthur part of Smite? He isn't a deity. He isn't even a demi god. Just a dude with a magic sword.
Seriously, if they need more characters why not some Christian figures like the Arc Angels, or Samson who is literally the Christian version of Hercules. Or some more deities and Spirits from Native American, South American, or African Cultures.
