Okay, now normally I don't do this, but I'm admitting I'm wrong. I screwed up Luna as Kuuga for Destiny's Play, not really showing the effects of her Amazing Mighty form in it's finisher kick and just how destructive it would be. I admit, at the time I'd never watched Kuuga and was only now going off wiki info. That's since changed, and I've now altered the chapter so that she uses a theoretical Amazing Titan form and utterly destroys King with the power and force you'd expect of such a thing.
By destructive do you mean like this?

And before you make a comment on the now unambiguity of King's survival, heavily implied he was dead first time around, and anyways in Kiva proper he was brought back to life via the Bishop's doings for one final fight.

You didn't fuck up then. The explosion is only so massive if he fights the Gurongi since his Rider Kick energy reacts volatile with their Amadams. The more powerful the kick and the enemy Amadan is the bigger the explosion. That is actually shown in the series when he fights a monster that has regenerated from parts of itself and after he kicks it, it just dissolves without any explosion because the Amadam was already destroyed.

Yeah, but in this case, I felt I screwed up so badly doing Kuuga (The first Heisei Rider, and possibly the first Rider for many) proper justice I had to remedy this. Plus, it wouldn't be like a Toku villain and a big bad at that to go up without some sort of big-ass explosion.
Mind you, this does explain why non-Gurongi can take kicks and not shatter the world upon being hit in Ultimate state and above.

Fair enough and yeah, big explosion for a Toku villain is kind of a given.
And there is nothing wrong with going back to something and changing it for the better.

Really only a minor change, namely giving Luna a hypothetical Amazing Titan state and making King go up with a bigger boom.

Not so much. Thought about it, but couldn't find a way to make it work as Kuuga has no mouthpiece to hold it in and the tail would just be silly. I just kept the traditional Rider Kick.
...And I don't remember Kiva holding a sword in his/her mouth.

Ah, I gotcha. I can't see how that works, given Kiva as a mouthplate but no way to hold the weapon like that. Granted, Kivat could for whatever reason but...

That season is, however, Den-O and I have heard really bad things about it and what I have seen from decade also turned me off, might cause me to get to Kiva slower... But I ain't gonna jinx it.

Remember how Waturu at times makes Fluttershy look confident? Den-O's worse and knowing your hatred of body possession... And at least Wateru has character development. By the end of the series he sends one Fangire running with just a few punches and a glare.
Plus, the other massive problem with Den-O is that he often at times has a massive spotlight stealing squad issue. A certain 40th anniversary movie which was supposed to be a OOO crossover as well is evidence enough of that. And don't get me started on the Kiva and Den-O film.
