It's a rather tangential to MLP, but it is somewhat related, and I just have to share. Tumblr and pornhub related.
For those who have not been following, or are simply unaware, Tumblr has decided that on December 17, they will essentially purge all of their Not Safe For Work content and blogs, which includes art blogs. On a slight tangent, in their getting ready for this, they have put in a new algorithm, which has already been flagging very safe for work images as "sensitive," which is a nice way of saying "PORN!"
Clearly this has a lot of people who use tumblr to post their adult content upset, but it is also upsetting to those who aren't making adult content, but are still having their posts get flagged or such.
Now, here's the part that, for some reason, I find funny.
Pornhub is using this to their advantage. They are letting adult artists know that the artists can set up accounts, create galleries for their art, and possibly even create revenue. Not just videos either. They mentions gifs, pictures, and even writing.
I don't know why, but I think this is hilarious and great.
People on the site 9gag regularly post screenshots from PornHub of people trading recepies <sic> and discussing algebra problems.
This is indeed amusing and should it work, it would mean that any traffic tumblr loses will go to a pornsite of all places.
Anyone know what printed this?? All this is going to do is cost them people going to tumbler.

First, I'm not quite sure what you're asking.
Second, how would Pornhub letting people who might lose their tumblr accounts that they can use pornhub cause hub users to go to tumblr?

Darn auto correct. Sorry was wondering what prompted tumbler to change there policy.
As to the second a lot of those artists generate tragic to them.
Sigh typing on this phone.... Oy.
