I can't believe that people would eat that stuff. Yes I understand that some people don't like to eat any meat products but there are better and saner things to eat.

What I don’t understand is how the company is still in business. I’ve had a lot of meatless products as of late and while stuff by Gardein, Quorn, Beyond Meat and Impossible Foods (Impossible Burger, yay!) actually taste like meat; and the old stuff like Morningstar Farms is clearly a sidemarket ploy by Kellogg's, Tofurky operates in a weird place. It’s like they wanted to make a meat that is eaten by people who have never had meat in their lives and point to it saying, “This is what meat is”. It just boggles the mind.

I do disagree with the idea that turkey isn't that good of a meat, my dad's slow smoked turkey would beg to differ.

Never had tofurkey, don't plan on it, but I can still understand the sentiments of the writer
