Happy fifth birthday, Long Road to Friendship!
Five years ago today, I set Sunset Shimmer on a long path to torment redemption and friendship in what is my most popular story to date. I had good times, I had bad times, and sure, I would change a few things if I could. But, it was all worth it.
While Spectacular Seven exists and is doing fine, I do miss its predecessor and its more slice of life nature from time to time. But, that story is told. And it has a physical book! It's always the one's you least expect. I never believed it would have gotten this far when I first published it.
That's all I wanted to say. Happy birthday, and happy Thanksgiving to everyone here in the States. Happy Thursday if you're not! See you all next month!

Happy fifth birthday and happy Thanksgiving! Long Road to Friendship is a masterpiece of a work as Spectacular Seven is just as good. I hope we get to see a physical version of the latter one day when it's complete. I hope you're doing well and have good times ahead.

High quality slice-of-life EQG with a dash of shipping is absolutely my jam. LRtF could have used a bit more Applejack, but scores an A+ all the same.
To this day this is one of my favorite stories ever and a huge inspiration for a lot of my own stories. The torment that girl had to go through was heartbreaking, but the pay-off was more than worth it.
