Different CMC Cutie Mark Concept

I know I'm rather late to the party of talking about this. But having some time to think while relaxing, I started to think on what would happen if the CMC didn't get their cutie marks at the same time. I've actually noticed some old episodes that could've been the peaking point to one of the CMC.

I think the one that everyone knows is Scootaloo in "Flight to the Finish", where they did that fake out and some people were a little peeved at that. But thinking more on it, I would assume it would be a scooter wheel with a lightning bolt, signifying her talent with the one thing she probably didn't think was part of her purpose.

Another episode I can claim being a cutie mark discovery is "Somepony to Watch Over Me", it being about Applebloom going through one of the steps of growing up, being given a higher responsibility, and more importantly being more than just the cute little sister with a big bow. Of course, if this was the case, the ending might change to make it so Applebloom outsmarted the chimera on her own. Perhaps with that, not only will Applejack see that her little sister isn't as little as she thought she was and that she can even do some things on her own that Applejack herself couldn't do. As for a cutie mark, I would assume that her's might represent her talent to both take charge and most likely be a good delivery pony for the apple farm. Of course, if she outsmarted the chimera with some traps she made on her own, it also might be her unique talent on building in general.

And as for Sweetie Belle, I can't say which episode might've been a cutie mark episode for her. But fortunately, I've come up with an episode on its own. See, if the CMC got their cutie marks in the order I'm putting it in, Sweetie Belle would be the last of the three, to which she would most likely get bullied by Diamond Tiara the most. At first, it doesn't really affect her as much, but when she decides to try and show her talent in singing, DT would either go on with how no famous pony would want to listen to some nopony blank flank like her, or even poke fun at her squeaky voice and imply that they wouldn't take her seriously. That would make Sweetie become reclusive and talk less, figuring that she wouldn't be taken seriously, or just bother everypony. But in the end, she realizes that she shouldn't hide anything that strange and unique about herself, and practically blow the judge's mind by her performance. I would figure her cutie mark would be that music note in the shape of a heart, I always thought of her whenever I saw it.
