I just decided to fill it out the best I can just for the lulz. You are open to do it as well. It may be fun ^^.

4: Yep. Many. The Storm Wings, Mystic, The Outcasts, Arcana, Grace and many more to come.
5: Main reason for making OCs (Writing, Fandom, Roleplay, D&D)

6: Describe your character creation process.
6: First, I think of a scenario or some kind of plot arc. Then the character is created (character, role, and mission or goal). After that, I think of the name and the design.

7: So far, probably Cyclone Wing and Breeze Flyer and Rosa and Wildheart.
8: Do you ship your OCs with someone else's OC?
8: No

10. I like the design of Star Twinkle, Cyclone Wing and Mystic because their manes look rather unique XD.
11: Would you consider yourself nice to your OCs?
11: No. Star Twinkle has to suffer a lot for the sake of comedy in the Slice of Life chapters XD.
12: An OC you've killed (If you haven't killed one, who would you kill?)
12: I try to avoid death in my story as much as possible. And no one.
13: Are any of your OCs parents?
13: Yes. Rainfall Twinkle and Sunny Twinkle, Star Twinkle's parents. Also, Fade's who has a daughter named Solar Smile.
14: Are there any OCs you find yourself neglecting?
14: Yes. From the Storm Wings, it would be, Cloudhead, Featherbrain and Breeze Flyer. Steel Hammer's sister Gold Hammer. And Rosa and Wildheart. But I'll try to change that.
15: An OC that's difficult to write/draw/RP?
15: Write, No. RP, I don't do that. Draw. Yes! Because I suck at drawing ponies...
16: Your tallest and shortest OCs.
16: Tallest would be Fade since he has the same build like Big MacIntosh and Shining Armor. Shortest would be his daughter, Solar Smile.
17: Your oldest and youngest OCs
17: Oldest...can't tell. Youngest is Solar Smile, who is still just a filly.
18: Do you dislike any of your OCs?
18: No.
19. Have you ever made Self-Insert?
19: No but I gave Star Twinkle my fear of Flying and heights XD.
20: An OC regret.
20: No.
