Radioactive Genetically Altered Spider + Unsuspecting Human = ?

So, this totally random thought popped into my head the other day. Varying versions of Spider-Man's origins have him getting bitten either by a radioactive or a genetically altered spider. Got me thinking. What would happen if someone was bitten by a radioactive spider that just so happened to be genetically altered? Would they get double Spider-Man's powers, would they become a man-spider, or would they just get a really bad staph infection? What do you think?
