MY RULES FOR POTENTIAL COMMISSIONS

I've gotten a couple of requests for commissions over the last couple of months, so I figured I'd go ahead and post this to my profile if anyone decided they'd like to see if I could write some horse smut for them. I have yet to really do a single commission, just so you know, but in case people keep asking, hopefully this will weed out requesters with ideas I cannot do before they appear in my inbox.

1. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Just because it follows my rules does not mean it will happen. I'm a grown-ass man with grown-ass priorities, a second account, and my own life. I have shit to do. If I accept your commission, I will try to find time, but that is no guarantee I will get to finish it. Hell, I might even get started on your commission before I decide I can't do it. It happens. Those of you who write know all about starting something and then leaving it undone. Payment policy takes this into account. ADDENDUM: If I say I'm gonna do something, I'm gonna try to do it, but life emergencies and situations happen. If I drop off the radar, don't be afraid to reach out to me and I'll do my best to respond as soon as possible.
2. The ponies involved must enjoy it. I've done some non-con, but all ponies were made to enjoy it in some way. I cannot write a fic that does not feature any of the subjects bonking not enjoying it. Eventual-enjoyment is subject to judgement.
3. I only write what I can get into. I'm a dude with his preferences and fetishes like anyone else. If your fic has something I cannot at the very least tolerate, it's a no from me. The following fetishes are insta-no's (and just because something isn't here doesn't mean it's a yes): Asphyxiation, Heavy Bondage, Expansion, Fat, Foalcon below the age of 15, Outright rape, SnM, Sluttification, Machines, Diaper, ABFR, Crossdressing, Smellplay, Vore, Watersports, Scat, Sickness, Necro.
4. Certain characters are also insta-nos. I honestly can't tell you who all (the list of characters is just too huge for it to be a comprehensive yes/no list). All I can say is I'll know when presented with the idea and the character in question. This also applies to certain interpretations of a character.
5. When in doubt, do the safe thing and ask me. I don't ban you from ever requesting ever again, lol (though if you can't seem to read the rules, you will be). If you think something's iffy, ask me and I'll give you an answer. I might have to think about it, but I'll definitely give you an answer eventually.

As far as payment is concerned, it will be a case-by-case thing, but the only rule here is THERE ARE NO FREE COMMISSIONS. I do not accept payment in experience/exposure. As well, with Rule 1 in mind, I likely won't accept payment until after I have finished/am close to finishing your commission, so that way you don't waste your money. However, I have a decent-paying job, and so I have a little leeway when it comes to my rate and waiting for people to pay up, but I won't be a doormat. If I accept your commission, we'll discuss how it will go down, but if I make it to the end, I will expect the agreed payment in full before it goes up.

That's about everything I wanted to cover. Again, just because something follows the rules doesn't mean it's a guarantee. If you have an idea, make sure it meets the rules, and then ask away.
