When I submitted Without Another Word to PaulAsaran for a review nearly a year ago, I had no idea it'd do what it just did for me. It took the better part of a year for him to work through the backlog on his review blogs, but when he finally got to it, his praise must have raised some eyebrows. Not long afterward, PresentPerfect posted his own review, and then I got a message that I was nominated for an RCL feature.
You might have seen that yesterday.
This is wild, man. To have something I created be so highly praised is a very sweet feeling. It's been a long journey to get here, lots of work and lots of frustration along the way. It almost feels strange to get this sort of attention, but I can't say it's a bad sort of strange.
I don't know. I thought I'd have something more poetic to say, but it's kind of hard to express what I'm feeling right now with words. I think I'll leave off before my head starts swelling. I'm so grateful for all of you, my friends, my readers. You guys are what it's all about.
