Will there be:
An actual printed-on-paper edition for those of us who prefer doing things that way? Or do I have to try to reinstall "Kindle for PC" on my rickety old laptop?

I am made to understand that there will be a physical copy available. The Kindle version is out first partly because my publisher rushed to make it available in time for Dragon Con.
