A Strange, Yet Inevitable Return · 8:04pm Aug 20th, 2018
My, my, my. It has been a long time! Especially since I was never the most informative with these here blog posts. But, surprise!
This here is more to announce my intent to at the VERY least finish the fictions I started all those years ago, when I didn't have a single flipping clue where to take them or what to do with them. As back then ideas dropped out of the sky and me being my fickle self decided to jump right in with no long term plan to my stories. I had good beginnings, but the journey and the end were not planned in the slightest.
In recent years the inverse is my curse. Now I get ideas, and plan them to high hell with no actual plan to make them a reality. In a bid to refine my writing skills, as well as find some closure I will be completing these old ideas of mine. Starting with Spheres.
Already the Prologue and two chapters have been heavily re-written and edited. While they may follow a similar structure to the original version, as the story goes on it will diverge from the old events. Though, most majorly names and some personalities have been overhauled. As the original story was never meant to be some variant of self insert the main character of Neon has been renamed to Prism, and originally planned character of Icy Wings (whose name I then stole cause I liked it) has also been renamed.
The overall goals of re-writing Spheres and eventually Chaos and Crusaders is to have better character personality, depth, an actual plan of events and better writing that's more appealing to read. If I enjoy remaking my two fics enough I may very well dive head first into a few other ideas that I have gotten in recent weeks as MLP has slowly grown on me once more. One extra goal I hope to fulfill is to add my own art skills to my stories, though that is a much slower going goal currently compared to my writing.
I hope to avoid disappointment this time around, and hope to at least finish what I started I nothing!

To Long; Didn't Read: I'm back, currently overhauling Spheres with an actual goal in mind, gonna do Chaos and Crusaders after, and might make new fictions following Spheres. Art skills may also be employed by yours truly.
