Updates and possible story coming out · 3:47am Jul 31st, 2018
Sorry that it's been so long since the last update everyone, work has been hell of late and I've not had the inspiration to write anything by the time I get home, but I have good news and bad news.
The bad news is that after this next chapter get's published, in mayhaps in a week and a half, "The Age of Fire and Shadows" will be going on temporary hiatus for a month or two so that I can finally playthrough the game quickly (I've had the remaster since release and have not even gotten past the Taurus Demon as of yet due to how I've been writing the story) and so that I can take some time to reread some of my old favorite books to see if I can pick up some writing elements/inspiration for how they did their combat and travelling segments so as to better improve my own stilted writing. Some hints as to what is coming up this next chapter shall be: Quick Silver learning just what the Undead Curse is, meeting a certain egotistical mage smith, and meeting an old 'friend' in the Undead Burg.
The Good news is that the next chapter of "The Tale of Rose Eclipse: Royal Sorcerer" is in the works as we speak where King Sombra and Rose finally reach the Crystal Empire, Luna and Celestia further question their mentor about Canterlot. and the Discords meet once more. I'm not sure when I'll be publishing that update but it should be around the time that I place my other story on temporary hiatus if I have the timescale right.
With any luck I shall also be starting a project that has been on my mind since I posted my very first chapter on this site but had never posted due to being stumped on how to end a certain scene. Beware, for coming soon to all of you The Great and Powerful Trixie will be making her debut in "The Great and Powerful Familiar" (title pending) my first, and likely only, Human in Equestria story. I hope to make it different from many others that have graced this site thus far and it shall be taking place both pre and during seasons 1 and 2 in chronological order. I have high hopes for that story and it mostly just needs some editing and another few hundred words before the first chapter is complete. I assure you that Anon shall be nowhere near the story as well.
