As I sit here in my comfortable computer desk chair, staring at three monitors, I am struck. I'm going to leave for the airport in about an hour. I'm going to be at BRONYCON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pretty much the best thing ever. And today, a new chapter of Herding Instincts is going up.
That being said, the stable is empty. I have no chapters awaiting publication. My job is pretty intense at times, and most of all during the summer as we completely take apart the factory and clean everything in preparation for the start of the next campaign. As a staff electrician, I've been busy, not just with plant expansion, but with maintaining the electric motors that so much of the factory depends on. I've been working 50-60 hours a week, then with time with family, and the fact that I am sooooooooooo exhausted when I get home, I don't have much energy or drive to write. All my stories are in progress. I have plans for new chapters of Irony's Tale, Herding Instincts, and The Desert Prince. I've been talking about a sequel to Equestria Girls and the Golden Bell, and I've been talking to Canary in the Coal Mine. If he's interested, it can be put into rotation for writing if he wants to support it as well. I'll post the hook that would go on the story page here...
"The UK Magical Congress is denying the return Voldemort. Death Eaters are on the move, gathering followers, and the government has decided to Implement the O.W.L.s program leaving the students woefully unprepared. In response, in Hogwarts, Harry Potter and his friends form the Order of the Phoenix.
With fear of Death Eaters Arriving in North America, and a threat to the portal. Sunset decides to find those with a strong ties to Equestrian magic and begins training them in magic too. This puts her and her school at odds with both the American Magical Congress, and Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Their solution, to send Professor R. Tintero, From the Horned Serpent House to Canterlot High to properly educate the girls in the laws in history of mages, and enforce the MACUSA rules.
With the US Aurors seeming to be turning a blind eye to the Death Eaters, and instead more concerned with secrecy. The safety of her friends, the school, and Equestria falls on Sunset, who does the only thing she can. She forms, The order of the Pony."
Looks good, doesn't it? You should see the conversations with Kitsy-Chan as we've pounded out ideas and how to make it an interesting story. So, expect more Sunset Shimmer and the Humane 6 to grace my page in the future (though how far in the future is in doubt).

As to travel, it's been less than ideal. Weather in Baltimare cancelled my flight, so I've had to fly standby and travel via a layover vsy original direct non stop. So...yeah. a little bit of stress
