And, it seems i cannot view the broadcast... in the web browser or in the steam client, the broadcast window just sits their with a loading message, doing nothing, and the chat is failing to connect as well.

Steam Broadcast seems to be terribly unreliable; i tried to look up the problem, but few clear answers can be found, and most of the suggested fixes are at best, shots in the dark, because no one seems to know what causes this issue.
