With the revealing of an increasingly complex past, what are your thoughts on the current direction and future of Pony-Me?

Do you think Lisa/Twilight will ever return to the simulation?

What do you think will happen to Twilight as she begins to fade from Lisa's memory?

Has Pinkie actually merged with Samantha, or is Samantha only acting the part to keep anyone from worrying?

You've definitely steered Lisa in the direction of not returning. It's hard to guess what's going on with Twilight because she doesn't seem to act in the same way that dissociative identity disorder personality would (although I'm no expert and that condition has a broad array of ways to present), and she's definitely not acting the same way that a set of neurotypical memories would.

Whether all this is a good or logical thing depends on why so many people jumped in the simulations in the first place.

You'll see eventually. The people who joined the simulations is very much so a minority population compared to the outside world, where the story is currently taking place.
