So for this week's throwback Thursday I think I will hit on some nostalgia for a lot of people who played on consoles "back in the day." (My gen, so younger folks might not get)
I feel this one dates me the most. 
(not for anyone who grew up on the N64 or GBC though)

Gamecube and GBA doesn't date you. Trust me on this, since I'm 22, and I can still remember the original Gameboy's start up screen.
Dude, remember the Sega Genesis/Megadrive? It had some great games.

Indeed. They havent been made calssic re-releases by Nintendo yet either.

4897587 Classic N64 is currently confirmed to be in the works. Nintendo filed the trademark recently. And it would be neat to see a Classic Gameboy, but that probably won't happen until the 3DS is discontinued due to its Virtual Console library of Gameboy and GBC games.

Oh that's epic! Never had a N64 and getting a classic would be awesome. I'm glad Nintendo is doing these classic rereleases. There's so many people that really love playing older games on older consoles so it just makes sense.
(Totally excited for new stuff though. New Monster Hunter, Metroid Prime, and Pokemon on the Switch. Gotta save up. xD)

Indeed! I'd also like to get the Switch Mario Kart someday if my family get one too since we used to have a lot of fun playing Double Dash. Havent played an interation since then so it looks really good.
