So hello everyone 'nother blog post here detailing random crap that comes to mind whenever I have thoughts or something crazy like that.
What I want to discuss is actually about the characters from Kirby, more specifically the Helpers or Partners that exist. At this point I do want to do something with them but at the same time I want to go through the main tale without deviating too far so I thought up something.
How would you, the reader, like to participate in this Kirby story beyond being the passive reader? How would you like to write in this story the life of one of the helpers that appear in this story?
I know what you're thinking, that I'm insane but I would like some fans to have some fun in this as well. Now before you get all excited about this I don't mean the partners like Gooey, Rick, Coo, Kine, Nago, Chuchu, Pitch, or Adeline. I mean the Helpers aka the ones from Super Star or Star Allies. All the regular enemies.
So every copy ability I used throughout the story, as soon as I write Kirby wearing that hat, would be available to write about. I have four ready for use being Sword, Fire, Ice, and Beam. So I ask the readers if they want to be involved with this story a little more.
Now before you get all excited it's gonna be prompt like and there will be rules to all this. Gotta keep some order to this. So here are the rules.
- Characters available are generated as soon as Kirby gets the hat.
- I will give you a sentence about the character and how they act and you craft the story around them.
- Certain ponies are locked off. I don't want any 'friends with the princesses' or that the mane six magically know them even though none of them have left Ponyville for Dream Land in their adult life or mystically knowing about Dream Land even though it was merely hearsay as is how the story goes. Show off your OC's if need be just don't rely on the crutch of canon characters.
- Try to make your story 1000 words. If it's less then fine but always shoot for as much detail as is possible. I'll be acting as our editor fixing word problems, spelling, and grammar in general.
- When writing, all dialogue gets a new paragraph and paragraphs can be three sentences at the minimum exception being dialogue. Try to format your writing around this.
- This is lighthearted adventure. No romance unless you can really sell it to me. Also no edgelord shit. Seriously that stuff doesn't belong here. Have fun with these characters and don't treat them as your personal punching bag. Nothing is more toxic than letting your own hatred decide how you write your characters.
That's all I can think of at the moment. So leave a comment if you are interested because it will be first come first serve if you would like to write for a character.
The available characters are:
- Sword Knight - Stalwart protector wearing blue armor as opposed to the natural green. Known for putting honor above reason.
- Waddle Doo - Clown like jokester who enjoys playing with his magic rod and using it to get what he wants.
- Burning Leo - Hotheaded brute who fights against injustice. The fires of justice shall burn.
- Mr. Chilly - Cool headed teacher whom works out of Seaddle while also fighting off random monsters.
So just leave a comment if you'd like to write for one of them since I'll be focusing on the main story.
This is a pretty cool idea. Just finding out about this story, and was wondering do you have planes on doing this with future story's?

No. Only this story will have fan extras. I am only doing this idea for this story because it fits so well.
