It's time to put everything on hiatus. · 9:46pm Jun 28th, 2018
To anyone still following those blogs,
First of all, I'd like to thank you a whole lot for your support throughout the my active years on this website.
Secondly, I'll address the big elephant in the room : I have failed in my plans of keeping up working on my fanfics.
For some reasons, I can't manage to write about the next updates for GTVS, Scratchin' Thieves or Apple Scratch Saga.
I manage to think of a lot of future plot points, scenes that I want to happen, New character interactions, etc. but I cannot put them into written words anymore. Over the last few months, I've only managed to maybe add a few lines of story to my drafts. I cannot stay more than 10 minutes focused on them, or I manage write during a few hours, only to feel that what I came up with is trash and just plainly erase the elements I worked on during those hours.
As such, I decided to put my stories on HIATUS.
While I know that it's barely a confirmation for you guys, I see it as a personal failure on my part for not giving you what I said I would.
I haven't put my fanfics in cancelled because I still have hope that will finish those stories. Vinyl, Octavia, Applejack, Rarity, Cloud & Sunset Twilight I weirdly ship Cloud-Shimmer more than Twi-KIcker now sorry :p have been great muses. They gave me the drive to try writing and it would pain me to never end the stories I have in mind for them.
But in order to do that, I probably need to completely clear my mind from their shenanigans for a whole while. That way, I can hopefully come back to them fresh as a daisy. (the flower not her 
)
Maybe I should start writing about something else... something original..... Like.... stories about a quiet male cellist meeting a wild party-loving male DJ and.... that's just R63 Tavi-Scratch!!! 
Well, that was quite a few words just to confirm that I'm indeed on Hiatus, but I felt like you deserved a bit more than a "I'm on Hiatus, See you whenever!"

Well it's sad to hear you have been having troubles writing it is good that you are up front with us about it and I personally don't see it as a failure that you have had to declare your stories officially going on hiatus only when a story is canceled I see a story has failed in it is basic goal of completion I will wait for when your updates can start coming in again as I always have I will patiently hope for those updates in me feed knowing they still have progress they can make.
Honestly, it's still better to hear this than nothing at all. Sad to hear about the hiatus, but I will wait as long as needed until the next update. The stories are just too good not to.
Well, it's not news I liked to hear, but it's better than being told nothing. However, I will be waiting for the day you return and finish them, if that ever happens. I refuse to remove any of these stories from my "Waiting for Updates" Library.

take all the time you need. ive been having troubles being able to write as well, mostly the lack of time to do so, and i know all of us who do write have spells where we just cant put our all into it and decide to put stories on the back burner. we'll be waiting patiently and good luck and best wishes to you. your stories are some of those that have greatly inspired me to write, and i thank you for that.
Take all the time you need! Trust me, I know all about that one as I've been having similar troubles. Hopefully everything works out though and I'll be looking forward to any new work you put in. Also, so you know, I'll be updating the Apple-Scratch stuff I did for D&D sometime in the near future and sharing it here again :)

I completely agree with this decision , though I wish you did have the inspiration to continue your stories, this is a good decision. I also completely understand ship changes. I once shipped apple-dash, yeah that crashed real hard.....

I know what you're going through and unlike you, I took the coward's way and eliminated the stories that I could not continue, I hope it does not happen to you because you've created a wonderful world, so take the time you need.
Been following you for more than a few years now and I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve read so far. This is the first time I’ve checked on anything in quite a long time and have found stories I’ve been looking for for a while that o didn’t know you wrote, a pleasant surprise! while I am saddened that you are on hiatus, I still can’t wait to see what you come out with whenever you are feeling up to coming back. The stories I’ve read from you have helped shaped who I am as a writer and (though I know you don’t know me) that means more than I could ever hope to express.

A good long break might be for the better. Refind a new muse perhaps. I've said it before but I love the universe you put gtvs in and the quirks of the characters. It's a bit hard to follow who's who but the comic definitely helps to some degree. I will hope that one day it will be updated and potentially finished ^^ It's without a doubt on my top 3 "humanized" ponies especially considering the modern tech as well.
