4881691 Magic Duel is by no means a bad episode, but it is very uneven in its focus and suffers greatly as a result. And like the rest of Season 3, it suffers from trying to stuff Pinkie into as many scenes as possible because it assumes she's automatically funny without having to do anything.
Really? The Perfect Pear at number 1? Unexpectedly respect that decision, I do. ^^ But why that episode, I ask?
For me, no episode from season 7 or 8 is even close to the bottom 50 of the series.

4881706 I'm a little surprised Griffon the Brush off and Leap of Faith are that low, they're not outrageously bad. The former suffers from abrupt changes in direction, as if it can't decide what story it's supposed to tell. While the latter is just the cliche "Magic Feather" placebo story with a preachy moral.

Griffon the Brush Off is my least favorite episode of the show because of Gilda. The rest of the episode is fine (heck, the pranking montage at the beginning is amusing). But Gilda was so unlikable in that episode that I can't really enjoy it the way I can enjoy other episodes.
As for Leap of Faith, it's just pretty boring. Sure, episodes I like more might have more flaws overall, but they also have more high points.
Why was A Canterlot Wedding so low? Watch this at number 3. This was a lot different from what my list would be, but I don't want to go through all of this.
