For me, it's FlutterCord stories. In my mind, it's weird to see someone so old and omnipotent fall in love and kiss and snuggle Fluttershy, of all ponies. I suppose other people like them, but this particular one just ain't my cup of tea.
And I now give you license to unleash your own rage at other things you don't like. Everyone needs that chance to loudly say, no, I don't like this, and its weird to me! Unleash your pent-up feelings. Please, for your own health.

Much to the headaches of Conservatives and certain religious folk like you and me, the two writers of the books decided to do a little something unsettling with Scootaloo.
They decided to give her lesbian aunts, and I when I found out about it long ago...I felt angry to the point of where I was like the guy who was punching a salad.

Both Stardust and myself both have a dislike for TwilightXFlash Sentry and TwilightXTimber Spruce. Both are an embarrassment to guys everywhere and don’t deserve any version of Princess Book Horse!
I find Dislestia to be a larger preference to me than Fluttercord.
But, the pairings I despise the most are the gay and lesbian pairings, such as LyraBon, TwiShy, TwiDash, Pinkie Dash, Apple Pie, Rarishy, and Rarijack. I despise all of those kind of pairings. Those sort of ships do not sit well with me whatsoever.

I personally prefer Fluttermac, even if the show officially sunk it after they made the dumb mistake of shipping him with Sugar Belle (I strongly prefer her shipped with Party Favor).

Yes, how dare the writers not try to indoctrinate children into automatically seeing lesbians as "bad," even the ones in their own families who do nothing wrong but be what they were born as.
Every time I read something from someone talking about how being gay is "bad" because it's not "normal," I'm reminded of historical accounts of how children were sometimes beaten for being left-handed, because left-handedness wasn't "normal" and had to be cured.

Hey, well it’s okay to get to know people who are gay as human beings, but the real issue is that it’s like trying to get children to be gay by making them think it’s okay to be gay. Sexuality is not something people are born with, it’s a choice. It’s a pathway that people choose for themselves considering our ability to make choices.

I find that to be a completely different matter. The real question would be: How much of a choice did I have in being a Christian? As well as what I want to do career wise?
And the answer to those questions would be that I had plenty of time and freedom to choose my paths until I finally chose what I wanted to do.
For your information, there’s a complete difference between gay and straight pairings, and that would be that the latter has much more appeal for the eyes and head than the other.

Wherein you seem to reduce the validity of someone's coupling to how aesthetically pleasing it is to you, personally. So, which is it? The result of a careful examination of options where you could have been having if you'd so chosen or is it because it personally creeps you out to see same sex couples?

Really. So, with the proper inducement, could I convince you to become gay? Like, if I paid you enough money and gave you enough material enticements, you could just change the gender you're attracted to?
Please note, I don't mean to simply do the physical act. I mean could you simply choose to become physically attracted to the opposite sex. Because the fact that you just said that those sorts of couplings offend your eyes and brain says that you most likely would never switch.

Mister, I made my choice long ago ever since my commitment to God grew more and more. Nothing materialistic, not even money nor a cup of coffee, is going to convince me to become gay nor will I ever say it’s normal. My faith and commitment stays with God and God alone.

Okay, this was well spoken, and I applaud the fact that you took the time to speak it to me.
For me, it's actually not so much the fact that he's immortal. It's that he is simply too unlike Fluttershy and too strange and another species, and Fluttershy could do a lot better than him. Some people would say that Discord really is, in fact, good enough for her, but I just think there are better options for someone like her to fall in love with.
I mean, have you seen Coppermane? That guy right there is now my OTP to ship with Fluttershy.

It's just unnatural. A God of mischief paired with a pony who deserves the best from literally anyone else? No. Plus the fact that Discord has shown no romantic feelings for Fluttershy. People only ship them because that's the only pony Discord trusts and tolerates.
