Crin-Crin: A Zakouska music video by Iris Alexandre · 4:48pm May 14th, 2018
This is a long, long, long delayed post. How long? I first saw this animated short in December of 2016 at The 18th Annual Animation Show of Shows, that's how long. I only remembered I forgot† when I cleared out of my cube on Friday‡ and found the postcard with the list of featured shorts.
Crin-Crin: Fabulosity fails to forgo flattery

In my mind, there were two works of note. The first was Pearl by Patrick Osborne, which is five and a half minutes of heartbreakingly sweet storytelling, and then there's Crin-Crin which is nothing more than laugh-out-loud funny nonsense. Cartoon Brew's got a blurb on it and an embedded player. Here's the direct link to Vimeo since FF can't or won't embed videos from the site.
Why should you watch? A weird and wordless storyline, bouncy music, a violin technique I'd never seen before, a most fabulous horse, a rather strange donkey, and a devilish combo of a raccoon and a rabbit.
Why, I can just imagine Angel Bunny with his own secret collection of pony tails. Must be something about rabbits.
As always, thanks for reading.
† I love saying that for some reason and have too many opportunities to do so
‡ Not because I've been fired, but I'm now an officially-sanctioned remote worker. It's important to be official as it eliminates duplicated taxation.
That was really funny! I could see Angel Bunny doing something rotten like this...
and laughing about it, from Fluttershy's basement!
