For the last two weeks I've been dealing with pneumonia. It has been exhausting, if not the most annoying sickness I've had to deal with in quite sometime. Having to go to work through most of it was the most trying of experiences.
This illness would happen to occur during my attempt to write the next chapter concerning the Summit, which was to be a two part chapter of the discussion on the moral implications and logical ramifications of helping Smolder by opening the portals. Needless to say, it has been very trying to write in my poor health, trying to make it as convincing an argument as it could be and not have it feel rushed.
I've edited the two chapters these last couple days, feeling that it had become too verbose, and decided to make it a stand alone chapter. A lot of rehashing of established information that just made it seem bloated and it will end up being one chapter.
Smoldering It Over has also reached 800 views. It's remarkable. I don't have anything remotely close to say that would express how appreciative I am for everyone giving it a chance.
