Celestia of Equestria's tonic experiment and On and off the Pitch

Greetings, followers. I hope you're all doing good. Today's blog is one of updates, in which I'll be talking about two stories, the first being Celestia of Equestria's tonic experiment, which I completed yesterday.

So, yeah. That story. If any of you have been reading it, you'll have noticed it's exactly what my bio says – absolute total madness. And that's the point. To give you a brief synopsis, Celestia is so convinced that a certain brand of tonic water is toxic she force-feeds it on the daily to Tirek in Tartarus and strikes up a bet with Luna as to whether he will die within the year. It's a load of nonsense – but enjoyable, reasonably well-written nonsense designed to both confuse the shit out of you and put an awkward grin on your face. I do recommend you give it a read, as I spent quite a bit of time writing chapters each night and would love to know it's being consumed, as they say.

Now, On and off the Pitch, which has yet to be published. This is a story I've been sitting on since last year, and I'm really looking forward to getting it published and completed. Princess Celestia falls victim to poor popularity polls and decides to put on a PR stunt to bag herself some positive ratings. Luna and the Royal Guard are made into a ramshackle side and forced to compete alongside her in a hoofball tournament. It's a light-hearted ride, with much humour, outside references that are tricky to spot, sisterly love and conflict and a good, old-fashioned phantom sticking its snout in. I won't say any more here, but once I've done the final edits, we're green and good to go. I'll talk more about it then.

Hmm. Is there anything else. Oh yeah. I might write a couple cooldown fics – just short, silly stories (like Triggeredragon) that are fun to write and to read. Other than that, see you soon!
