Anyways... -sigh- Apparently me, my dad, and my brother have tested positive for COVID-19. :/
Thankfully we don't have any of the symptoms for it (mainly I still have a cough to deal with while my brother has a sore throat.). So we have to deal with 5 days of quarantining at home and then 5 days to wear a mask (or face shield in our cases).
Then we should be back to normal by then.
So just a heads up: If anyone checks the weather from time to time, then y'all might know that my area is under a Winter Storm Warning from late Tonight (aka Thursday) until early Saturday Morning.
It's gonna be pushed to tomorrow, aka Thursday November 4th, 2021 instead.
Reason why: Already backed up with the remaining screenshots as well as the chapter for of today's portion of the Sonic Infinity Collab via the Renaissance Era on my DA account: GameCube Galaxy.

So as of recently, Mattel has revealed one of the first merch for the.... ugh.... 2D Thomas Reboot (otherwise known as: Thomas and Friends: All Engines Go!), that being a book for it. And on the front cover reveals James's reboot design albeit from the front:
But am I the only one who wants to see Chrysalis be reformed in a future episode of MLP: FIM?
I mean let's put it this way, it would just be awesome to see Chrysalis be Reformed for the sake of Fan Material of her as a Reformed Changeling to come true in Canon Material.
Plus for Goodness sake, We don't want her to be Evil all the time, right?

I'd buy it, but it would take a pretty big hit on Chrysalis to convince me it's the best thing to do. I have no idea, really, but I feel Starlight Glimmer, in the face of all the others against her, will show she is willing to lay down her own life for Chrysalis. Maybe even rescue her from being obliterated by the Princesses or Discord. That would be a reformation.

No, not really. Some characters just work better as villains.
I like Chrysalis because she's an unrepentant sociopathic monster. Making her become good would take away so much of what makes the character entertaining.

Uh, sorry if that offended you.
But my genuine belief is that some villains just work better without being redeemed or having redeemable characteristics. Some villains can be written to become atoners, and others just cannot without breaking the suspension of disbelief.
And for me, Chrysalis is one of those latter ones. She has never shown any indication of remorse, guilt, or decency. She loves herself and only herself, and is selfish and cruel all the way. She enjoys what she does.
They managed to reform Discord because he developed a connection with Fluttershy. But Chrysalis has never shown any such consideration for others. She even starved her own people (hell, maybe even her own children, if you buy into her as an insect queen) for the sake of her own greed.
Maybe a rainbow blast might induce some remorse. But that would probably be the only way to go about it. She's proven too nasty to show guilt in any other way.
Would need to be pretty epic.
MLP: FiM seems to reform so many villains......Nightmare Moon, Discord, Starlight Glimmer, Sunset Shimmer (in EqG).....Tirek is back in Tartarus, Sombra was allegedly killed. I would love to see Chrysalis remain evil, she makes a truly good villain and I would love to see her remain as such. I would love to always see her as a threat waiting in the shadows.
Yes there is a lot of fan art of her being reformed and I'm sure there is fan fiction of her being reformed but there are two current FiM villains that have shown no remorse....Tirek and Chrysi. Chrysi is still free and like I said above, I would love to see her remain a villain. Also, given her personality and the fact that she has never shown any signs of remorse at all, reforming her would destroy the character. She would go from being a spectacular villain to being a lackluster changeling, well until she fought with Thorax for her crown back, then maybe the real her could return....the Chrysi most of us love.
That would feel quite unspecial. Almost all the old villains have been wiped out.
You're not the only one. I also would like to see her reformed. But at the same time, I agree with Pone_Heap in that it would have to be done in the right kind of way, and with everyone else in that some characters are better as villains.
At this point, to pull off a good Chrysalis reformation, the writers of MLP would need to take a page from the character development section of Steven Universe's book. (Look for Lightningsword's YouTube videos about the characters of Steven Universe and you'll understand why)
We'll, there's one side of me which would want Chrysalis being reformed. But if that were the case, how would she look like? Same colors?
Anyways, no idea what they will do with Chrysalis's future, but we'll just wait.

Well, the leaked spoilers seem to suggest that she will change later this season, but that remains to be seen. Just be aware it is a possibility, I guess.

I would like to see her reformed myself. I've read and heard the arguments that kids have to learn that not everything can be cured with a hug. That not everyone can come around to Friendship. What they overlook is there are quite a few characters who are not super villains, who have not been turned around by the message of Friendship. Spoiled Rich, Gladmane, Zesty Gourmand, and Chancellor Neighsay to name a few.
My own opinion is that since the Hive is really the only thing other than herself that she cares about, it will take a fellow Changeling, maybe little Ocellus to bring her around.

So they have to tie up that loose end somehow. Does she get turned to stone and die? Does she go to Tartarus? I think the idea of Starlight Glimmer helping her has some merit, but I still think Ocellus will be a key factor.
I also hate to point this out, but the show will be ending in 2019.

Sorry. I thought there was confirmation. I did hear at a Comic-Con convention that interest in the toy line has waned even though the show is still strong. I hope it keeps going. Toys R Us closing is a big blow to Hasbro but Target carries some similar stuff, so that may help.
